The spiral shape allows for excellent flavor mixing, making it perfect for pasta, salads and soups!
Can also be cooked in the microwave.
Recommended Cooking Method:
Boiling
① Put 1L of hot water in a large pot (1L for 100g of Fusilli)
② Once boiling, add salt as needed (1 teaspoon for 1L of water).
③ Add the Fusilli and simmer for 1 minute 30 seconds (stir occasionally, do not add water).
④ Quickly drain in a colander
*It will be a little hard immediately after boiling, but it will develop a nice texture as it cooks.
Microwave cooking
① Pour 300mL of room temperature water into a plastic microwave-safe spaghetti container. Do not use hot water.
② Place the Fusilli in the water. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste.
③ Heat in the microwave 600W for 5 minutes (Without wrapping or a lid)
④ Before draining the water, check the texture of the macaroni. If it is not cooked through, cook it for an additional 30 seconds.
⑤ Drain the water and place on a plate. *Be careful not to burn yourself.
