Welcome to SHOP POINT (hereinafter referred to as "Shop Point", "this website", "the Company" or "this Platform"), which aims to provide an information platform among members (i.e. customers, shop owners, brand owners and companies).

In order to ensure that the public can use this website legally and appropriately, the Company has established the following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"), which all SHOP POINT users must comply with.

 

1. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms


1.1 The Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by Shop Point’s domains and subdomains, as well as any successor websites and related websites designated by any Shop Point related company (BS Concept Limited). Once the user logs in, browses or uses the website, it means that he/she accepts these Terms of Use and agrees to be bound by them when the user uses any service or otherwise accesses the website or uses any services or information on the website. If the User does not accept the Terms and Conditions, the User may not and should not access the Website or use the services or information provided.


1.2 Services are provided to Users in accordance with these Terms of Use, which may be updated from time to time by the Company publishing a revised version on the Website. Certain services may be subject to additional terms and conditions. The Company may modify, add or delete any content on this website, related policies and agreements, and these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice to users. These revised terms will be published on https://shoppoint.hk and will take effect immediately upon publication.


1.3 Please visit this page regularly to be aware of the latest version of the Terms of Use. By continuing to use shoppoint.hk, the User agrees to be bound by the revised Terms of Use.



2. Definitions


In these Terms, we use the following definitions:

2.1 "Content" means all content available from the Website, including but not limited to information, data, content, text, graphics, links, HTML code, fonts, images, photographs, trademarks, button icons, sounds, music, software, still images, moving picture series (whether animated or not), videos, merchandise, products, advertisements, services or any arrangement or combination thereof, and any other content or material that may appear on any website or webpage;


2.2 “Intellectual Property Rights” means all forms of intellectual property rights in the Content, including but not limited to copyright, registered designs, trademarks and inventions;


2.3 “Linked Website” means a website linked to the Website, including but not limited to hypertext links, content links and frame links;


2.4 "SHOP POINT" and "Website" refer to the current website athttps://shoppoint.hk and any successor website and related website designated by Shop Point (BS Concept Limited), but excluding linked websites;


2.5 "Provider" means a person who provides products, services or content to this Website;


2.6 "User", "You" or "Customer" means any person who directly or indirectly accesses, browses or uses the Website, whether or not he/she has registered as a Member;


2.7 “Goods” refers to all tangible and intangible items that can be traded and sold, including but not limited to all goods, products, workshops or services. For details, please refer to the terms and conditions of the “Goods Policy”.



3. Service Conditions


Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Services, including any new features that augment or enhance currently provided Services, are subject to the Terms. The user acknowledges and agrees that the service is provided on an "as is" basis and that the Company shall not be liable for the timeliness, deletion, erroneous provision or failure to provide any service. Users are aware that the technical processing and transmission of the Services may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform or adapt to connecting networks or devices.

 

Therefore, in any case, the Company shall not be liable for the total or partial failure of any service or the inability to obtain all or part of such service due to delays or failures in any communications network or any aspect of the access provided.



4. Registration


Users may be required to complete one or more SHOP POINT registration or application forms (online or otherwise) before they can use certain services. By filling out these forms, the user undertakes to:


4.1 Provide true, accurate, updated and complete personal identification information about the user as required;


4.2 provide true, accurate, current and complete information about any content posted or made available by Users through any Website ("Other Information") and;


4.3 Maintain and promptly update users’ personal identification information and other information to ensure that it is true, accurate, current and complete.

If the user provides any other information or personal identification information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account and refuse the user to use any current or future services (or any part thereof).



5. PINs, Passwords and Security


5.1 When registering online, users are required to fill in their personal password and/or personal identification code on the form. If necessary, Users may change their passwords or personal identification codes from time to time (either through the Website or otherwise). Users may also receive passwords for digital or electronic certificates issued to them based on certain public key infrastructures to facilitate online transactions. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of such passwords and personal identification codes and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under such passwords or personal identification codes.


5.2 Ensure that the User logs out from the User’s password or personal identification code each time the User ends their visit to the Website.


5.3 The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the User’s failure to comply with the provisions of this document or the use of any digital or electronic certificate in connection with the Services.


5.4 The User acknowledges that the above password and personal identification code are confidential information and shall not be disclosed to any person under any circumstances. Any words, actions or conduct of the user that violates this confidentiality, whether intentional or unintentional, will cause the user to be liable to the Company for all losses or damages caused thereby. The User shall take all necessary precautions to maintain the confidentiality of the above passwords and personal identification codes. The user must agree and acknowledge that any person (whether or not authorized by the user) using such passwords and personal identification codes to access the service will constitute and be deemed as the user's own use of the service. The User shall immediately notify the Company of any actual or potential unauthorized use of such passwords and personal identification codes and shall promptly confirm such use to the Company in writing. Before the Company receives such written confirmation, the User shall have no right to make any claim against the Company and shall be liable to the Company for all losses and compensation suffered by the Company due to the use of any services (whether authorized by the User or not).


5.5 You acknowledge and agree that our sole responsibility is to verify your password and personal identification number and we have no liability for:

(i) any loss or damage suffered by the User or any other person due to the failure to make or execute instructions through the various electronic transmission channels or to perform any obligations in connection with such instructions when the failure is caused directly or indirectly by circumstances or events beyond the Company’s control; or

(ii) any loss or damage suffered by the User or any other person as a result of Instructions given through the various electronic transmission channels using the correct password and/or personal identification code.


5.6 User acknowledges that due to the nature of the Internet, the Company cannot guarantee that any transmission of personally identifiable information, content or other information in connection with any Service will be completely secure and reliable. By using and accessing any of the Services and taking into account the access and use of such Services, the User acknowledges that the security features adopted by the Company as set out in the Company's Security Statement are sufficient for all of the User's purposes.

 


6. User Online Behavior


6.1 Users agree to use shoppoint.hk only for lawful purposes. Users are strictly prohibited from displaying or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory or other objectionable materials on the website, including but not limited to inciting any criminal conduct, giving rise to civil liability or violating any local, state, national or international law.


6.2 Any content posted or linked through the Website, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person providing such content. That is, the person providing the content (and not the Company) is entirely responsible for the content that they upload, post, email, make available or otherwise transmit through the Service.


6.3 If the Company receives any complaint regarding the content provided by a user that is infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal or offensive, the Company has the absolute right to decide whether to delete the content that violates the terms and conditions or that it deems otherwise inappropriate after investigating the complaint.


6.4 The Company does not have full control over the content posted through the Service and therefore does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity and quality of such content. Users who access content through the Service acknowledge and acknowledge that such use of the Service may expose them to content that is unpleasant, indecent and offensive.


6.5 Under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, provided or otherwise transmitted via the Service.


6.6 The Company reserves the right to prohibit any behavior, information or content that is deemed to be harmful or illegal to users, the community, the rights and interests of third parties.


6.7 Although the Company reserves the rights set out in clause 6.6 above, the Company is not obliged to screen the content in advance and therefore cannot guarantee that problematic content can be deleted immediately. Therefore, the Company, its affiliates, its officers, directors, employees or agents will not be held responsible for any action or inaction taken regarding the conduct, information transmission or content provided by providers (other than the Company) or users on the Internet.


6.8 The User undertakes not to use the Services for the following purposes:

(i) upload, post, email, make available or otherwise transmit any content that User does not have any right (whether proprietary, contractual or hosting rights) to transmit or that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, libellous or otherwise objectionable;

(ii) impersonate any person or entity by transmitting false or forged content through the use of any Service;

(iii) upload, post, email or otherwise send, make available or otherwise transmit any Content that violates any proprietary or intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright of any party);​

(iv) upload, post, email, make available or otherwise transmit any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes" or other forms of solicitation, except as expressly permitted by the Company;

(v) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that contains software viruses or other computer code, files or programs that may interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of the Website and/or any computer software or hardware or related telecommunications facilities;

(vi) interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers or networks used to provide the Service, or fail to comply with any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks;

(vii) Collect or store other users’ personally identifiable information.


6.9 The Company reserves the right to disclose any content or other electronic information transmitted

(i) to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request; or

(ii) if the disclosure is necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Company’s business; or

(iii) to protect the rights or property of our users, suppliers or third parties; or

(iv) We may preserve or disclose any Content where such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to a claim that any Content violates the rights of a third party.

 

 

7. Public Disclosure of Information



Before sending any content, other information or personally identifiable information, please check whether you are sending it in the public area of this website.

7.1 If you send content in the public domain, you acknowledge that you are sending such content voluntarily; and

7.2 As long as you choose to continue to publish such content on this website, the Company is granted a worldwide royalty-free licence to copy, modify, adapt and publish such content; and

7.3 Anyone may use such content to send emails or chat between users, or to introduce you to other users. All such content voluntarily provided by you in the public domain shall not be deemed to be collected by the Company.

 

8. Privacy Policy



The Company protects the privacy of users in the most rigorous manner. Before using the services provided by the Company, please read the privacy terms of this website to understand the Company's privacy policy.


 

9. Indemnity


If the Company and its affiliated network platforms, the Company's staff, agents, or other partners and employees incur any claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, and liabilities due to the following reasons, the user agrees to indemnify or defend them or protect them from losses.

9.1 Any act or omission by the User that constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or/and

9.2 User's use of any Service, or/and

9.3 Content, other information or personally identifiable information submitted, posted or transmitted by users through the Service


 

10. Termination


If the Company believes that the user's behavior has violated any law or is detrimental to other users, third-party providers or the Company, the Company has the right to terminate the user's connection to the website and the user's use of the software provided by the Company without prior notice.


 

11. Segmentation


The various points in this clause are severable. If any point is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.



 

12. Applicable Law


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The user irrevocably and without limitation agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Minors

If the user is under the age of 18, is a minor or does not have the capacity to bear legal responsibility, he or she should seek advice from the user's parents or guardians on the meaning and consequences of these terms and conditions before using any services. Unless the user has obtained the consent of the user's parents or guardians, the user shall not provide the Company with the user's personal identification information. The Company assumes that every user of the Website has the necessary ability to use any service, and by using any service, the user commits and guarantees to the Company that he or she has the necessary ability. The Company has no obligation to verify the age or ability of any user, but if any user is found to be incapable of doing so, the Company reserves the right to pursue such user or his/her parents or guardians, including obtaining compensation for all damages or losses suffered by the Company due to the lack of such ability, or canceling his/her registration and terminating his/her access to the Website.




Disclaimer


1. All goods, products, workshops or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods") proposed, introduced or mentioned by third parties on the Website are not proposed and provided by the Company. Users shall not rely in any way on the Company to determine the accuracy and reliability of any information about such products and services that can be accessed through the platform provided by the Website. Contracts for the purchase, acquisition or procurement of such goods and/or services must be concluded between the user and the third party that sells, offers or provides such goods or services (including the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region providing public services). 

 

2. The Company is not a party to such contracts but only provides a platform to provide public services or facilitate business activities and/or online payments. The Company strongly recommends that users conduct any investigations on the above third parties that they deem necessary or appropriate before entering into any (online or offline) transactions. Therefore, the Company does not make and/or disclaim any express or implied representations and warranties regarding any availability, quality or fitness for a specific purpose, nor does it make any implied warranties in the performance or conduct of matters related to such goods and/or public services.

 

3. The Company shall not be liable for any losses caused by the products and/or public services proposed, introduced, mentioned or provided on or through this website, including but not limited to the costs of obtaining replacement products or services, loss of profits, loss of data or any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages caused by the inability to obtain, use, inability to use, operation or non-operation of such products and/or public services, and shall not be liable for any compensation under any circumstances.

 

4. If any online payment is made on the payment platform provided by the Company when purchasing or obtaining any goods or services provided, introduced or mentioned on or through the Website, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss and damage) suffered by the user due to any online payment made by the user for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

4.1 Any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or transmission restriction of any information or messages transmitted by banks and/or third party merchants for processing credit/debit card/smart card payment channels or other payment facilitation systems; or/and

4.2 any error or omission in any information or messages transmitted from the above payment channels; or/and

4.3 any malfunction, malfunction or failure of such payment channels; or/and

4.4 Any matters arising therefrom or in connection therewith.

 

5. Unless otherwise stated, the Company's products, services and content are provided in an "as is" manner without any express or implied warranty. Users agree to bear the risks of using the website. Pursuant to the limitations permitted by the “Disclaimer of Liability” provisions of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, joint, punitive and consequential losses.

 

6. To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses) caused by the use or non-use of the Services; or the cost of purchasing substitute goods and services due to any content, other information or services purchased or obtained through or from the Services or messages received or transactions entered into; or unauthorized use or alteration of your transmitted information or personal identification information; or any statements or actions of any third party with respect to any Services; or any other matters related to the Services. Within the scope of this provision, if the Company still has any liability to the user for the service, it is limited to the relevant transaction amount or direct damages incurred (whichever is smaller).

 

7. The Company is a distributor of content provided by third parties, not a publisher of such content. The opinions, advice, statements, services, suggestions and other information contained in the content provided by any provider (other than the Company) or user are provided and borne by such provider or user, and the Company or its executive officers, directors and employees do not assume any responsibility.​

1. Intellectual Property and Copyright Agent

The Company abides by copyright laws and expects users to abide by such laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification and public display of copyrighted works constitute an infringement of the rights of the copyright owner. As a condition of using the Services, the User agrees not to use the Website to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. If the Company receives any notice that a user has infringed the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others by using this website, the Company has the right to terminate the registration of such user. If the Company receives any notice that a user has infringed the copyright of another person through the use of the Website, the Company will investigate the matter.

 

The Company will respond expeditiously to allegations of copyright infringement using the Site (reports submitted to the Designated Copyright Agent, identified below). If you are the copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, or are the exclusive owner of the copyright, please submit a notice of copyright infringement that you believe is occurring or has occurred on this website and provide the following information to our designated copyright agent:

1.1 the title of the copyrighted work that the user claims has been infringed by the Website, or if multiple copyrighted works are infringed, a list of the copyrighted works that the user claims have been infringed by the Website; and

1.2 Proof of the material of the content that the user claims to infringe the copyright of others; and

1.3 the user's address, telephone number, email address and other contact details; and

1.4 A statement by the user that the use of the copyrighted material at issue is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

1.5 A statement by the user that the information provided by the user is accurate and that the user is the copyright owner or is authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf or that the user holds exclusive rights to the copyright.

 

2. Submission Files

The Company accepts submissions from users that do not contain confidential or proprietary information, such as articles, ideas, concepts, documents or plans. However, the Company may already be considering or developing something similar to the user's submission. The Company is not obliged to keep confidential the user's submission. The Company has the right to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) any submission in any way in any media around the world. In any case, the user will not be entitled to any remuneration or any form of compensation for the submission. The user agrees that his or her submission will automatically become the sole property of the Company and the Company will not bear any obligations to the user.



Product Policy


1. Product Display and Sales Terms and Conditions

1.1 The products displayed and exhibited by the Company (including design products and workshops) must meet the following requirements

(i) Originality - the original author authorises the printer, manufacturer or other partner to produce the original work; or

(ii) the Design Product must be hand-made, except for the Products mentioned in Clause 1.1(i); or

(iii) items related to handicrafts, such as handicraft materials, tools, books, etc.; or

(iv) The workshops must be related to handicraft, creative design or DIY.


1.2 In order to ensure that the products displayed and sold comply with the "Terms and Conditions of the Company's Product Display and Sales", the Company will conduct periodic inspections to determine whether the products displayed and sold violate any regulations and to protect the rights and interests of all users.


1.3 If any illegal products and services are found, the Company has the right to immediately suspend or permanently stop the relevant display and sales without prior notice. Serious violators may have their brands and accounts immediately blocked and deleted.


1.4 You must provide proof of authorization to sell products that are not your original creation.


1.5 You must use copyrighted or authorized product images and describe the product in text.


1.6 If the design products on display are produced in collaboration with printers, manufacturers or other partners, they must be approved by Shop Point before they can be sold, and the following information must be provided:

(i) the name and contact details of the printer, manufacturer or other partner; and

(ii) the duration of the cooperation; and

(iii) product design concept; and

(iv) The process of producing goods.


1.7 Shop Point will keep all information provided strictly confidential. If false information is found, the user's partnership with Shop Point will be terminated immediately and relevant legal responsibilities will be pursued.


1.8 To protect the rights of both tutors and students, workshops must be reviewed by this platform before they can be published.


1.9 Products prohibited from display and sale:

(i) Products of a rental nature, advertising nature, or service nature

(ii) Food and Beverages

(iii) Alcohol or substances containing alcohol

(iv) Cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, hookahs, pipes and other smoking paraphernalia

(v) Drugs, drug paraphernalia, poisons

(vi) Medicines and any products claiming to have medical functions

(vii) Articles made from live animals, animal bones, organs, skins, or hair (except leather products)

(viii) Explosives and flammable materials

(ix) Weapons, sharp objects, air guns, and any items that threaten personal safety

(x) Articles containing radioactive materials, toxic substances, etc. that are harmful to human health

(xi) Intangible products other than workshops and services, including but not limited to computer graphics and software

(xii) Goods that can only be picked up in person or cannot be delivered by post

(xiii) Exhibits that are for display only and not for purchase


1.10 Products must not contain the following themes or be discriminatory:

(i) Race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability

(ii) Pornographic and indecent acts

(iii) advocacy of violence, crime, or hatred

(iv) Attacks against specific individuals or groups

(v) Advertising


1.11 Products made from the likeness of fictional characters in cartoons, comics, movies, etc. may not be sold without the permission or authorization of the copyright owner.


1.12 Products that infringe upon portrait rights may not be sold.


1.13 Resale of unauthorized products is prohibited.


1.14 Using other or identical materials to imitate other people’s products.


1.15 Using other or the same materials to create products that lack originality based on different forms of teaching examples.


1.16 Design goods brought back from outside Hong Kong that are not authorised for sale.


1.17 Any products that Shop Point deems to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.


1.18 Shop Point reserves the right to make the final decision on the above matters.

 

2. Product Description

All products are protected by the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Chapter 362 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and its eight subsidiary legislation. The Company will also strive to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content and product descriptions of this website. However, the Company does not guarantee that the content and product descriptions provided by the Sellers are accurate, complete, current and error-free. Users should read the terms and conditions of each individual brand before purchasing the product, and check and confirm with the seller. If you feel that the product provided by the seller does not match the description, the user can notify the seller or contact the company directly through the platform's reporting function.

 

3. Purchase Eligibility

The Company welcomes everyone to browse and use this website. If you shop with the Company, you must meet the following conditions:


3.1 18 years of age or above; and


3.2 Hold a valid credit card or debit card, smart card issued by a licensed bank or a valid PayPal account accepted by the Company as a payment method; and


3.3 Ensure that the personal and payment information provided is valid and correct, including but not limited to email address, real name, telephone number, payment information, postal address and other information required by this website.

By placing an order on this Website, the User authorizes the Company to charge the User's credit card, debit card, Octopus card or PayPal account for the total amount of the order. The User also expressly authorizes the Company to use the personal data provided to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks, such as credit checks, and to transmit or obtain information about the User to or from third parties when necessary. Third parties include, but are not limited to, credit reference agencies or anti-fraud agencies which may hold relevant information. For more information on how the Company uses personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

 

4. Product Ordering

4.1 When the user enters personal information, payment information and submits the order, the Company will send an email to the user to confirm receipt of the order. This email only confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the order. When the Company sends a confirmation email to the user and confirms that the goods have been shipped, it means that the user's order has been accepted and the contract between the user and the seller has been completed. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent when the goods are shipped are included in the contract.


4.2 All ordered goods are subject to warehouse availability and order price confirmation. Items in the shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other users at any time.

This website is for personal use only. Customers may not purchase products from this website for resale or business development purposes.


4.3 The Company reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. Reasons include but are not limited to:

(i) the ordered merchandise is out of stock or is withdrawn due to not meeting our quality standards or due to delivery restrictions applicable to one or all of the ordered merchandise; or

(ii) there is an error in the price or description of the goods; or

(iii) failure to obtain payment authorization; or

(iv) the User does not meet the purchase eligibility criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to make the final decision on the above matters.

 

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1 The delivery conditions for each product are stated on the individual brand pages and individual product pages. Each order is delivered directly by the individual seller, who will set the normal delivery time. The seller will provide normal delivery time and other precautions on the brand page and individual product pages, and will also let users know that the goods will be shipped immediately after confirming the order. If you have any questions, please contact us for further information before purchasing.


5.2 If the Customer wishes to know more detailed delivery details of the ordered products, they may contact us on the Platform. If you need more support, you can contact us for assistance.


5.3 Customers may click "Confirm Receipt" or "Refuse Receipt" on the order information within 14 days after the Seller has shipped the goods. If the customer clicks "Confirm Receipt", it means that the customer has received the goods and has no objection to the goods. The Company has the right not to accept any complaints received after "Confirm Receipt"; if the customer clicks "Refuse Receipt", it means that the customer has not received the goods and/or has any objection to the goods, and the customer will immediately enter the return procedure. For details on returns, please refer to the "Return Terms and Conditions". If the customer does not make a selection on the order information within 14 days after the seller ships the goods, the system will default to "Confirm Receipt".

 

6. Return/Refund Terms and Conditions

6.1 The return/refund conditions for each product are listed on the individual brand pages and individual product pages. The seller will carefully list the return/refund and non-returnable conditions on the brand pages and individual product pages. Customers should read each seller's return conditions carefully before shopping to ensure your interests. Once the customer completes the payment process, it is equivalent to accepting all terms and conditions set by the seller. If you have any questions, please contact us for further information before purchasing.


6.2 In the process of purchasing design products, there is a "Confirm Receipt" button after the seller ships the goods. Customers can manually "Confirm Receipt" or the system will automatically confirm after 14 days. Once "receipt is confirmed", the transaction is completed and both the buyer and the seller have no objection to the transaction. After the receipt of goods has been confirmed in any way, no return/refund request from the customer will be accepted.


6.3 If the customer wishes to apply for a return/refund, he/she may click "Reject Delivery" on the order information within 14 days after the seller confirms the shipment to indicate that he/she has not received the goods and/or has objections to the goods. The customer will then enter the return/refund application process and the system will also suspend the automatic "Confirm Delivery" function. After receiving the application, it will be processed within 3 working days, contacting both the buyer and the seller and handling the return/refund. Once the application is confirmed and approved, the payment will generally be refunded within 30 days using the payment method used by the customer when ordering the goods.


6.4 All refund/return applications must be processed in accordance with the company's established procedures. Failure to comply with the relevant procedures or insufficient information provided will not be processed.


6.5 The Company reserves the right to make the final decision on the above matters.

 

7. Special Terms and Conditions for Workshops and Events

7.1 The "bad weather conditions", "safety rules", "cancellation, lateness and absence", "image and color differences" policies of each workshop are listed on the individual brand pages and individual workshop pages. The seller will list various policies in detail on the brand pages and individual workshop pages. Customers must read each seller's workshop policy carefully before registration to ensure your interests. Once the customer completes the payment process, it is equivalent to accepting all terms and conditions set by the seller. If you have any questions, please inbox the seller for further information before signing up.


7.2 All workshop and event information is provided by the organizer or its related parties. SHOP POINT is only an intermediary. SHOP POINT does not guarantee that the content descriptions provided by third parties are accurate, complete, up-to-date and correct. For details, please check with the individual organizers on the SHOP POINT platform.


7.3 Workshop and activity participants may be required to produce identification documents to the Organiser to prove their identity and age etc., otherwise the Organiser has the right to refuse participants from participating in the workshop or activity.


7.4 The organizer has the right to modify the information of the workshops and activities it organizes, including but not limited to the date, time, location, number of participants, subjects and instructors.


7.5 Once the payment process is completed, SHOP POINT will not accept your cancellation of participation in the workshop and activity for any personal or special reasons except for insufficient minimum class number.


7.6 If the minimum number of participants is insufficient, the seller and SHOP POINT cancel the workshop after the deadline and the system will automatically refund the payment.


7.7 The organizers of workshops and activities have the right to prohibit participants from continuing to participate in the workshops or activities if the participants do not comply with the venue rules or the workshop policies of individual brands.


7.8 The organizers of workshops and activities have the right not to allow participants to use audio, video, photography or other recording equipment during the relevant activities.
