Junmai Ginjo-grade Sake Kasu
No brewing alcohol or sugar added. It is fermented using high-quality yeast made from rice grown in Yamaguchi, Okayama, Fukuoka, and Yamagata, with an alcohol content of approximately 8%.
It can be used in amazake, hot pot broth, cooking, and dessert making. It can also be used to marinate fish or vegetables.
