Made with a blend of bonito flakes, sardine flakes, tuna flakes, and kombu seaweed, and is combined with "matured broth" made by adding sugar to soy sauce.
With 4x concentrated soup, giving it a richer flavor and can be used in a wide range of dishes, from noodle soup to simmered dishes, stir-fries, and dipping sauces.
The conveniently-held, narrow push bottle allows for easy pouring and adjusts the amount you pour.
