Made with garlic from Takko, Aomori Prefecture and matured and fermented black garlic that makes the most of the garlic's flavor and aroma. The black garlic has the flavor of raw garlic and the sweetness and sourness of dried fruit, and the flavors of bonito flakes, kelp, mackerel flakes, shiitake mushrooms, Aomori Apples and Aomori apple vinegar provide rich of umami Japanese taste which goes well with grilled meat and stir-fried dishes.
