自取及寄送安排

現貨訂單

提貨點自取：確認訂單後，我們會將貨品送到自取點，並通知取貨。
（由於部份貨品或會存放在倉庫，如需即日取貨，建議請先與我們查詢）

一般訂單會於1-2個工作天內寄出或聯絡預約送貨時間（如需），如訂購的貨物需更長時間送達，我們會與你聯絡溝通送貨安排。

本店使用的寄送方法均為第三方速遞，配送時間受實際情況影響。

預購訂單：

確認訂單後，自取及寄送訂單均會於訂購後聯絡，告知大約到貨時間（到貨日期或會受實際情況影響，如有任何變動，我們會盡快與你聯絡，亦歡迎隨時聯絡我們查詢），到貨時亦會再聯絡通知取貨或寄送安排。

Pickup and Delivery

In-Stock Order

Pickup at a Pickup Point: After confirming your order, we will deliver the item to the pickup point and notify you to collect it.

(Since some items may be stored in our warehouse, please contact us if you require same-day pickup.)

Delivery Order: Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days, or we will contact and schedule a delivery time (if necessary). If your order requires a longer delivery time as expected, we will contact you for further arrangement.

Since Our delivery service uses third-party courier services, and delivery times are subject to availability.

Pre-orders:

After confirming your order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time for both pickup and delivery orders. (Delivery dates may be subject to availability.)

Also, We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any changes, and you are welcome to contact us at any time.) Upon arrival, we will also contact you with pickup or delivery arrangements.
